with OnLine Training

Learn to excel in the insurance industry with OLT's premier online insurance courses! We design our text-based online courses to help you prepare and enter or continue in the insurance industry.

Our students learn what they need to know to pass their state exams online. Our Insurance Pre-licensing courses teach the information you need to not only pass the state exam but to be a good insurance agent.  Our Pass Prep and Cram courses work like flashcards to reinforce your knowledge of insurance definitions, laws, formulas and best practices.

Gain an accurate understanding of insurance theory and practice along with a thorough knowledge of state laws and rules. Let us help you obtain and maintain your insurance license.

We structure our online courses with the right content, delivered in small quantities, with learning assured through frequent fill-in-the-blank questions, elements of information emphasized, and instructor-guided learning. We provide several tools to make your learning straightforward and comprehensive.

Your course contains Lessons, Quizzes, and a Final Exam. We do not record the grades for Lessons, the grade shown is for your information only.

Receive immediate access (as soon as your payment is cleared and you receive the automated email) to courses when you purchase online through this catalog (using credit/debit).

How do you get your Insurance license if you can't go to a Testing Center for your State Exam due to the Coronavirus?

In response to the COVID-19, certain Pearson Vue testing locations are currently open but with limited seating (this could change). Over 40 of the LiveScan fingerprinting locations remain open throughout the state.

Due to limited testing availability, temporary licensing is now available for certain resident license types. Temporary licenses being offered with no State Exam include:

  • Temporary Life and Variable Annuity Contracts (T2-14)
  • Temporary Health (T2-40)
  • Temporary Personal Lines (T20-44)

These licenses expire six (6) months after issuance, or upon issuance of the permanent license (after passing the State Exam), whichever occurs first. Appointments are still required.

If the applicant ultimately wants a permanent 2-15 Life, Health and Variable Annuity license, the applicant should apply for the temporary T2-14 Temporary Life and Variable Annuity and T2-40 Temporary Health licenses AND the permanent 2-15 Life, Health and Variable Annuity license on the same application.

Click here for more information about the temporary licenses available and how to apply.

Also remember, with OLT's Designation courses, no State Exam is ever required for the following licenses:

·      4-40 Registered Customer Service Representative

·      6-20 All-Lines Adjuster
